About the brand
Lovevery was co-founded in 2015 by Jessica Rolph and Roderick Morris; the first product was the Play Gym in 2017, and the stage-based Play Kits subscription followed in 2018. The US importer of record is Lovevery Inc., of Boise, Idaho. Lovevery's own FAQ describes its products as made with sustainably sourced, non-toxic materials, organic cotton, sustainably harvested wood, and baby-safe finishes. What the brand publishes
Lovevery's Help Center article (updated September 19, 2024) states its products are tested to meet, and in many cases exceed, global regulatory safety standards, naming ASTM F-963, EN-71, and CPSIA, with the standards each product meets listed on the bottom of the box or in the in-box insert. The article does not describe testing steps, frequency, or third-party versus in-house testing, and names no lab — so this page does not overstate it as a described program. The honest caveats
Ball Run recall 24-098 — limited 2023 units
Slide & Seek Ball Run with wooden knobs, CPSC recall 24-098 (February 1, 2024), partly touches one listed entry and needs care: the Ball Run is a component of the Babbler Play Kit (13–15 months), which is the representative kit for the site's Toddler Play Kits series entry. The recall is limited to identified 2023 units (wooden knob, no Lovevery logo engraved on the bottom, no green sticker inside the door wall) — it does not mean current Babbler kits are recalled, and the other five listed Lovevery entries are not named in it.
Inspector cup recall 22-730 — kit not listed
Drinking Cup with handle in The Inspector Play Kit, CPSC recall 22-730 (February 17, 2022), affects no listed product; the Inspector kit is not listed here.
