Rattles & Receipts is an informational listing. Every pick is graded on the documentation behind it — not on lab testing, and not as a promise that one toy is safer than another.

What this site is

Listings grade documentation depth: whether a per-item document, a described testing program, or a maker or retailer compliance claim stands behind a pick. That is not a safety ranking, not medical or developmental advice, and not a substitute for a pediatrician. This site does not test products in a lab and makes no test-based claims.

Listings, prices, and buy links

Prices, availability, and product details change, and a listing may go out of date between checks. Buy links go to the retailer's own site, and the retailer is responsible for its pages, prices, and fulfillment. Nobody pays to be listed, ranked, or badged here.

Acceptable use

The contact and suggestion forms are for genuine messages and toy suggestions. Automated submissions and abuse are blocked by spam protection and rate limits.
