An EC Declaration of Conformity for the same style, signed May 12, 2023 by J. Drew Metz, QA Manager, covers EN 71-1, -2, and -3 plus REACH. A certificate covers the production it names: this one is for manufacture 23128, tested May 2023, so a later production run would need its own certificate, and if a newer certificate for 30149 is published the receipt should be updated to it.
